This standard is applicable to procurement,production,inspection,testing,failure analysis,packaging,marking,maintenance,storage,distribution,transportation and other research and production activities of aerospace electrostatic discharge sensitive electronic products,and can be also used as the basis for organizations to evaluate or audit electrostatic discharge protection management system. |
