该标准是在SY/T 6058-94 《自升式井架起放作业规程》的基础上修改而成的，由新疆石油管理局钻井公司起草，规定了陆地钻机自升式井架起放作业的检查、起升和下放技术要求及特殊规定，适用于使用人字架起放方式的ZJ10、ZJ20、ZJ30、ZJ40、ZJ50、ZJ70钻机级别自升式井架的起放作业；本标准不适用于各类液压起升钻机的起放作业。

    该标准与SY/T 6058-94 相比，主要变化如下：

    ——变更了使用范围；
    ——删除了表1和图1的内容；
    ——增加了使用液压缓冲器的相关内容；
    ——增加了底座起放的相关内容。

SY/T 6058-2004 Operation procedures for lifting and laying down of self-electing mast

The standard is the revision of SY/T 6058-94 Lifting and laying down operation procedure for self-erection mast, was drafted by the Drilling Company of Xin Jiang Petroleum Administration Bureau, specifies the technical requirements, special regulations on the inspection, lifting and laying down of self-erection mast of land rig, and is applicable to the lifting and laying down operations of self-erection masts. Which lifted and laid down via A-frames of substructure of ZJ-10, ZJ-20, ZJ-30, ZJ-40, ZJ-50 and ZJ-70.

The standard will replace the standard SY/T 6058-94 from the implementation date of this standard, main changes made in the standard are as follows:
——The scope is modified;
——Table 1 and drawing 1 are deleted;
——The content relevant to the application of hydraulic damper is added;
——The content relevant to the lifting and laying down of the substructure is added.
